DESCRIPTION:Thank you for your RSVP to Mentor-led Series | Alison Cohen. Below are details about the event and an option to add the information to your calendar. We look forward to seeing you!Title: Mentor-led Series | Alison CohenDescription:Led by MMTCP Mentors\, these sessions offer a place for you to bring any and all of your teaching and practice questions and to be in sangha with alumni peers.  In each session\, mentors will offer a short talk and then offer guidance and wisdom for whatever is coming up for you – much like we had in peer groups. These sessions have been so rich and supportive that this year we are offering them twice a month and alternating times so our peers around the world can join more often.  This session will be led by Alison Cohen from 8 – 9:15 pm ET;  Zoom link is here.Alison “Ali” Cohen (she/her) is a white cisgender woman based in Washington\, DC\, who has spent 10+ years teaching mindfulness\, often alongside BIPOC colleagues. She is passionate about the intersection of community building\, contemplative practice\, and social justice. Ali is a former public high school teacher and mindfulness program director who teaches trauma-informed mindfulness practice to human beings from many walks of life\, in secular\, Buddhist\, and Jewish spaces. \n \n \nThank you for your RSVP to Mentor-led Series | Alison Cohen.
